As Machined

As machined finish results from the surface directly off the CNC machine, it offers a cost-effective option, albeit with tool marks.

Anodizing

Anodizing is an electrochemical process for metals. It improves corrosion and wear resistance and offers decorative finishes.

Polishing

Polishing removes surface imperfections, scratches, and roughness, resulting in a smooth, shiny, and aesthetically pleasing finish.

Sand Blasting

Sand blasting uses high-pressure air to propel abrasive materials at a surface, cleaning, roughening, or preparing it for further treatments.

Tumbling

Tumbling is a finishing process. It involves rotating parts in a barrel with abrasives or polishing media to deburr, clean, and smooth surfaces.

Electropolish

Electropolish removes a thin layer from a metal surface, resulting in a smoother, more reflective finish and improved corrosion resistance.

Alodine

Alodine is a chemical conversion coating process. It forms a protective layer on aluminum and its alloys, enhancing corrosion resistance and paint adhesion.

Heat Treatment

Heat treatment is a process. It alters material properties by heating and cooling, improving hardness, strength, and ductility.

Brushed Finish

Brushed finish creates a textured pattern by using abrasive materials, giving a unique and decorative appearance.

Powder Coating

Powder coating involves applying dry powder to a surface and then curing it with heat, providing a durable, corrosion-resistant, and decorative finish.

Electroplating

Electroplating deposits a thin layer of metal onto a conductive surface through an electrolytic cell, enhancing appearance, corrosion resistance, and electrical conductivity.

Black Oxidize

Black oxidize forms a black oxide layer on metals, primarily steel, to enhance corrosion resistance and provide an aesthetically pleasing black finish.
